Aetna Health Your Way
The Aetna Health Your Way program is a personalized, flexible approach to health and wellness designed to give you the tools and resources you need to manage your health in a way that works best for you! Log into the Aetna member portal or app and start by completing a health risk assessment to get your MyHealth100 score which helps to tailor the program’s recommendations to your individual health needs and goals. You can earn “hearts” for completing certain health-related activities such as getting your annual well exam, a flu shot or a mammogram, which are redeemable for gift cards (up to $250).
HealthJoy
HealthJoy is an app that makes it easy for you to choose the highest-quality care at the best possible cost. It will become the first place you go to when dealing with all your healthcare and benefits needs to save you time and money. Use the app to visit with a doctor or mental health provider virtually, access free short-term counseling, get network provider recommendations, access your ID cards, obtain prescription savings, and much more. All employees and their family members receive access to HealthJoy at no cost.

HealthJoy is provided at no cost to you and will be personalized based on your plan enrollments. You'll have instant access to your up-to-date benefits wallet which includes your benefit ID cards. Additionally, a healthcare concierge is available to help you with benefits questions, claims, clinical issues, appointment setting, research, recommendations, health spending accounts, paperwork, or other important matters.

For no cost, you may visit with a board-certified doctor who can diagnose, treat and write prescriptions 24/7 right from the app. This is a convenient and affordable option for non-emergency conditions, middle of the night scenarios, when traveling or if you need a short-term prescription. Examples of conditions they can treat:
- Allergies
- Cough, cold and flu
- Sore throat
- Sinus problems
- Rash or sunburn
- Pink eye
Dermatology Telemedicine
For $85 per visit, you have access to dermatology virtual care through HealthJoy, with board-certified dermatologists who can treat acute or ongoing skin conditions like psoriasis, rosacea, skin infections, and more.
- Share high quality images and receive a diagnosis within 2 business days.
- Providers can prescribe approved medications.
- Receive a provider follow-up within 7 days.
Nutrition Telemedicine
For $59 per visit, you can consult with registered dieticians through HealthJoy, who assess clinical nutrition needs and develop personalized programs.

For $25 per visit, we offer an enhanced behavioral health product through HealthJoy that gives you convenient access to online therapists, allowing you to get instant access to help from the comfort of your own home.
- High Quality, virtual therapy and psychiatric services from board-certified psychiatrists and licensed therapists.
- Ongoing support for a variety of mental health disorders including abuse, addiction, ADHD/ADD, anger management, anxiety, depression, divorce, eating disorders, PTSD, relationships, and more.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
We are excited to announce that we will now offer an enhanced Employee Assistance Program through HealthJoy! HealthJoy partners with CuraLinc to offer a confidential resource that helps you deal with life’s challenges and the demands that come with balancing home and work. Whether you are a new parent, a caregiver, selling your home, or looking for legal advice, you’re likely to need guidance and referrals to expert resources. The EAP also provides:
- IN-PERSON COUNSELING: Meet with a licensed clinician to address issues such as depression, stress, relationship problems, grief, substance abuse, anxiety or other emotional health concerns (up to three visits per presenting episode at no cost)
- LEGAL ASSIST: Free phone or in-person legal consultation
- FINANCIAL ASSIST: Expert financial planning and consultation
- FAMILY ASSIST: Consultation and referrals for everyday issues, such as dependent care, auto repair, pet care and home improvement
